Frontend Lead

What you will do

• Develop and maintain frontend web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Ensure that the code is clean, reusable, and follows the best practices and standards
• Optimize the web applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Implement responsive and adaptive design to ensure compatibility with different screen sizes and devices
• Use web accessibility guidelines and tools to ensure that the web applications are accessible to all users
• Debug and troubleshoot issues and bugs
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in web development
• Communicate and coordinate with other developers, designers, and project managers

What you need

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of experience in frontend web development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Knowledge of web development tools and workflows, such as Git, Webpack, NPM, or Yarn
• Experience with web performance optimization, testing, and debugging tools
• Understanding of web accessibility principles and guidelines
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving your skills
