Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, handling both front-end user interfaces and back-end logic/databases. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of modern frameworks, clean code practices, and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Development: Design, build, test, and deploy scalable web applications from inception to release.
- Front-End Development: Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern JS frameworks.
- Back-End Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, business logic, and database schemas.
- Database & Infrastructure: Optimize database queries, manage database architecture, and integrate with cloud platforms/DevOps pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and QA engineers to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews, automated testing, and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Front-End Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Back-End Tech Stack: Strong experience with server-side languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, or Go).
- Database Management: Hands-on experience with Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Non-Relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- API Integration: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent team communication, and an agile mindset.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with web security best practices (OWASP) and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
