GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking a GENERAL MANAGER for a well-established automotive parts manufacturer to drive business growth, profitability, sourcing excellence, and customer satisfaction while leading key functions across Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, and Export-Import Operations.

MANDATE SCOPE OF GENERAL MANAGER

• Drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead sales, marketing, sourcing, procurement, and EXIM operations.
• Develop new customers, products, and business opportunities.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, commercial negotiations, and key customer relationships.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and supply stability initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and continuous improvement projects.
  
  

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 15+ years experience in automotive manufacturing or automotive parts manufacturing is prefered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position (e.g. General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager).
• Strong background in two or more areas: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good English communication; Japanese language skills are a plus.
