Statrys is hiring a results-driven Growth Specialist to lead revenue growth initiatives across our product suite. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling customer marketing efforts, expanding market share, and identifying new opportunities to drive product adoption and increase customer lifetime value. You will work closely with the Sales, Support, and Marketing teams, and report directly to the Head of Growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Design and implement targeted campaigns to drive revenue across Statrys product offerings, with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Customer Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels—such as email and in-app messaging—to engage customers and promote product adoption and usage.
  • Personalized Customer Marketing: Collaborate with Customer Support team to gather customer insights and create personalized campaigns that address pain points and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Customer Success Oversight: Monitor client performance and satisfaction to maximize lifetime value. Proactively manage churn risk and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign results and customer data to identify actionable insights and optimize performance.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Own the full cross-sell sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and renewal, specifically targeting SME clients.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales or account management – ideally in Fintech, Banking or SaaS
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and iterate on campaigns or strategies.
  • Interest in international business and cross-border financial services is a strong advantage.
