Job Description:
- Lead the full Finance and Accounting operational cycle: month-end closing, financial reporting, cost & inventory accounting, tax compliance, and Company Group Head Quarter reporting.
- Lead and manage the Accounting, Credit Control, and Financial Control to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including monitoring actual performance against budget and identifying key variances.
- Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support Management in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Support audits and drive process improvement and system enhancement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, cost accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience managing multiple Finance & Accounting functions and leading a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to lead process, control, or report improvement initiatives from design through to adoption.
- Experience working with Group Headquarters / multinational organizations is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong presentation and business writing skills.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience in process improvement or digital transformation is an advantage.
