Key Responsibilities

The Head of Sales will lead the national sales strategy and execution for the Thailand, overseeing a portfolio of key accounts and managing a high-performing sales team. You will drive revenue and profitability targets, working cross-functionally with planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations. The role involves delivering seasonal and long-term growth plans, strengthening key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll ensure excellent brand presentation and consumer experiences across partner environments. Internally, you will align with regional leadership and contribute to strategic direction. This is a pivotal commercial leadership role requiring strong business acumen, collaboration, and people development capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified with 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial leadership within the consumer, lifestyle, beauty or FMCG space. A strong commercial mindset, deep marketplace knowledge of Thailand, and a proven ability to drive revenue and partnership growth are essential. Success in this role requires hands-on experience in strategic sales planning, inventory management, retail operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-growth market are also key to succeeding in this position.
