Hiring: Sales Head / Country Head – Automotive Components

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Reporting to: Group CEO

Region: Thailand & ASEAN

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head / Country Head for a leading automotive components company based in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end new business development across Thailand and the ASEAN region.
• Drive OEM acquisitions and develop strategic relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• Build new business across chassis, sheet metal, gears, transmission, and related automotive components.
• Develop regional sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio.
• Own business growth, strategic account development, and revenue generation across ASEAN.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in automotive components, auto ancillary, or Tier-1 manufacturing.
• Proven track record in OEM-focused new business development and winning new business.
• Established network with automotive OEMs across Thailand and ASEAN.
• Demonstrated ability to drive regional business growth and develop strategic accounts
