Job Summary:

ABeam Consulting Thailand is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Associate Manager - Manager level) to support our Business Consulting organization.

This role acts as a strategic partner to consulting leadership, translating business strategy into people solutions across workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, support consultants career growth, and ensure a high-performance, sustainable consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership / Strategic HR:

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to Consulting Managers and Directors.
  • Understand business strategy, financial targets, and delivery models, and translate them into people plans.
  • Support organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning aligned with project demand.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Support change initiatives related to growth, restructuring, or new business models.

Talent Management & Performance

  • Drive performance management processes (goal setting, evaluation, calibration).
  • Partner with business leaders on high-potential identification, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Support career path design and competency-based development for consultants.
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and people leadership topics.

Learning & Development (HRBP Perspective)

  • Identify skill gaps and development needs based on business and project requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Development team (CoE) to design and deploy relevant learning programs.
  • Track and assess effectiveness of development initiatives from a business impact perspective.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Support initiatives that improve employee experience, well-being, and inclusion.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Promote a positive, performance-oriented, and inclusive culture.

HR Operations & Governance

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and fairly.
  • Collaborate with C&B team (CoE) and HR Ops team on compensation review, manpower planning, and HR data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP or strategic HR roles.
  • Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or project-based organizations.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
