Job Summary:**

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) will act as a strategic partner to Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited's business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, foster a positive work environment, and support employee growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategies and challenges, providing HR solutions and support to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with local regulations and company standards.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage employee grievances and provide effective resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives and assist with communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
