HRBP Manager

We are partnering with a leading organization in Thailand seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and performance optimization
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
• Support organizational transformation and change management programs
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and people-related challenges
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver effective HR solutions and programs
• Champion a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organization

Ideal Candidates :

We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

• Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience with significant exposure in HR Business Partnering
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex organizations
• Exposure to project-based, engineering, manufacturing, or multinational environments
• Experience working within matrix organizations and dynamic business settings
• Proven experience partnering with senior management and business leaders
• Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Track record of supporting transformation, growth, or organizational change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Manage, coach and monitor team
• Fluency in Thai and English
