Our client is a well-established Plastic & Packaging Manufacturing, serving global brands across multiple industries. They are seeking an HRD Manager to lead Learning & Development and drive organizational capability within a large-scale factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual training plan based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support business and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with the Skill Development Promotion Act (DSD), including proper documentation and reporting.
- Enhance onboarding and orientation programs to improve employee engagement, safety awareness, and productivity.
- Maintain and update the skill matrix and ensure workforce capability meets production and technical requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with audit and quality standards (ISO, FSSC, GMP, HACCP).
- Drive talent development and succession planning, including HiPo identification and IDP implementation.
- Manage the performance management process, including KPI setting and coaching managers on performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, OD, Psychology, or related field.
- 10+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in HRD/OD management within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and skill development regulations.
- Experience supporting audit standards (ISO, SEDEX, food safety).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
