Job Description

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Focus Restaurant, Hotel & Entertainment Business.
  • Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, and HR Planning
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process align with business need.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures and enforcing it with strict adherence to compliance.
  • Handle and coordinate with the external company concerning the benefits programs to ensure service quality and continuous improvements.
  • Manage and monitor the staff and/or expat for overseas assignments in all areas of human resources such as coordinating and arranging for VISA and work permits, setting up, etc.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
  • 7+ years up experience in HR Overall management.
  • Experiences from Restaurant, Entertainment, Hotel Business.
  • Strong HR knowledge to provide HR consultation to management including labor laws knowledge.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC Score: 600+)
