Job Description

Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Bangna, Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Human Resources

Reporting to: GM HR Business Partner

Job Purpose

To serve as a strategic HR partner to business units by providing proactive support and consultation on all aspects of people management. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing organizational capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering Provide HR advice and strategic consultation to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and people development in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Organization Structure & Manpower Planning Monitor, analyze, and update the organization structure and manpower plans to ensure they align with the company's business strategy.
  • Learning & Development Coordination Design and coordinate training programs that support functional and leadership development. Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Development Design and implement engagement initiatives and activities to strengthen employee commitment, collaboration, and core value adoption across the organization.
  • Performance Management & Career Development Coordinate performance goal setting (KPIs), performance review cycles, and career path development to support talent growth and retention.
  • Team Management Supervise, coach, and develop the HRBP team. Ensure work quality, effectiveness, and alignment with department objectives.
  • HR Budget & Cost Control Oversee and monitor HR-related budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • HR Process & Project Improvement Lead or support strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to HRBP practices and organizational effectiveness.
  • Other Assignments Perform additional duties or participate in company projects as assigned to support broader organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in FMCG industry
  • 12 years of experience working as an HR professional handling overseas operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices across performance management, talent development, organization design, and employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • English Proficiency: Professional Working Proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+)
