Job Description

We're hiring: HRBP Executive

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned Business Units (e.g., Brand Management, Retail Operations, Commercial, or Support Functions) to support workforce planning and people strategy aligned with annual business objectives.
  • Support manpower planning and headcount control to ensure alignment with store expansion, productivity targets, and labor cost discipline.
  • Act as primary HR contact for day-to-day HR advisory including employee relations, performance management, probation review, and disciplinary process.
  • Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle management (hiring alignment with TA, onboarding, confirmation, performance review, promotion, transfer, exit management).
  • Monitor workforce productivity indicators including headcount movement, turnover trends, absenteeism, and labor cost ratio to sales (for retail population).
  • Support implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation, and calibration sessions.
  • Partner with HROD to identify competency gaps and support development initiatives for key talent groups.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, department store regulations (for PC population), and Thai labor law.
  • Support documentation governance including manpower request forms, cost-center tracking, employment contract issuance, and HR system data accuracy.
  • Act as first escalation point for employee relations matters and coordinate complex cases with HR Director and Legal where required.
  • Provide workforce analytics and insights to business leaders to support decision-making and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 58 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in commercially driven environment.
  • Experience managing large frontline workforce (PC / retail staff) or multi-business units is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to workforce cost modeling, manpower planning, and productivity benchmarking.
  • Experience supporting performance calibration and talent review processes.
  • Strong capability in handling complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence line managers and business heads.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into structured HR action plans.
