Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Manager role is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution. The position requires a proactive and commercially minded professional who is passionate about driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business objectives and organisational growth
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and office administration
  • Partner closely with management on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development initiatives
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development and people management
  • Lead annual HR processes, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, talent assessments and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws, company policies, and regional and global HR guidelines
  • Manage headcount planning, HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis and monthly forecasting
  • Prepare HR reports and support regional and global HR projects as required

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or the construction, engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Experience supporting both office-based and operational employees would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with senior management and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on and independent, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP and HR information systems or payroll systems would be valuable
