Job Description

A leading multinational organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead its human resources operations across the Asia Pacific region. This role sits at the centre of the people function; it ensures that daily HR delivery is efficient, compliant, and closely aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring operational rigour, sound judgement, and a service oriented mindset, while partnering across compensation, employee experience, and facilities to deliver a seamless employee journey.

Client's Budget: Up to 200,000 THB/Month

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Lead the daily HR operations for the region, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely service delivery across all people processes
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit; conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends to inform retention strategies
  • Administer payroll and employee reimbursements from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration as part of the operational mandate
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with internal policies and applicable local regulations; maintain and regularly update HR guidelines and documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee related matters
  • Coordinate international mobility and relocation processes for employees across locations
  • Partner with regional and global HR specialist teams to ensure the smooth delivery of HR initiatives
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports, using data insights to support sound decision making
  • Support annual budgeting activities; monitor personnel related expenses against plan
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with governance standards
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and internal governance requirements
  • Support internal and external HR audits; contribute to risk identification and mitigation
  • Participate in and lead a range of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Contribute to job evaluations and to internal and external benchmarking activities
  • Analyse market data to inform salary structures and reward strategies aligned with business needs
  • Help develop recognition and reward programmes that drive engagement and perfo rmance
  • Support the annual salary review process, including data consolidation and communication preparation
  • Assist in the design and execution of bonus programmes linked to performance, including budgeting, calculations, and communication

Employee Experience and Communication

  • Support employee engagement surveys and initiatives that promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • Drive engagement programmes that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Facilitate effective communication and change management across teams and departments
  • Coordinate internal communications and support the rollout of HR programmes

Learning and Development

  • Support and coordinate employee development and training initiatives
  • Track training participation and evaluate programme effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a multinational environment, with a strong grounding in HR operations
  • Solid knowledge of local labour regulations, immigration processes, and tax considerations
  • Experience with HR systems, such as HRIS platforms, and proficiency in standard office tools
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Attentive to detail, with a focus on accuracy and complianceFluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
