Job Description

Our client is an AI-driven technology company that focuses on intelligent marketing and digital advertising solutions, primarily supporting the automotive industry.

The HR Manager will be based in Bangkok and oversee end-to-end HR and administrative functions for the Thailand business, supporting company setup, local HR systems, talent acquisition, and close collaboration with the Country Manager and headquarters to build a strong local team.

Responsibilities

  1. Comprehensively oversee human resources management, including the construction of company process systems, formulation of rules and regulations, establishment of interview Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creation of daily office management systems.
  2. Review and revise various HR and administrative documents to ensure compliance.
  3. Establish effective communication mechanisms to reduce communication costs and enhance employees sense of belonging and retention; meanwhile, improve the China Headquarters comprehensive understanding of the operations and situations of overseas branches.
  4. Optimize the company's performance appraisal system and standardize performance management processes to ensure the complete execution of the workflow.
  5. Formulate and revise compensation and benefits (C&B) management policies, and design employee salary structures and benefit plans.
  6. Assist overseas Country Managers in identifying core high-potential talents; take charge of recruiting for key and critical positions, maintaining daily employee relations, and building core teams.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Administration related majors.
  2. 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources (experience in the Internet industry is preferred), with at least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  3. Experience in recruitment management and the successful implementation of specific recruitment projects is preferred.
  4. Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, excellent organizational and coordination abilities, and strong planning and execution skills.
  5. Excellent language communication skills with fluent oral proficiency in both Chinese and English.
