Role OverviewWe are hiring an HR Manager to run People Operations and drive a structured hiring process. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small HR team, raise execution quality, and build simple systems that scale in a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and upgrade a small HR team with clear routines, checklists, and quality control.
- Own end-to-end People Operations: onboarding, contracts, probation tracking, employee records, and offboarding.
- Maintain clean HR operations: templates, policies, HR calendar, HRIS workflow, documentation, and approvals.
- Run the hiring process with discipline: role intake, scorecards, interview flow, debriefs, and offer coordination (team supports execution).
- Partner with hiring managers to keep roles moving and ensure consistent candidate experience.
- Act as first escalation point for day-to-day HR topics and employee issues, with proper documentation and good judgment.
- Track and report core metrics (hiring pipeline, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, probation milestones, HR turnaround time) and highlight risks early.
Qualifications- 6+ years experience in HR with strong People Operations ownership (experience as HR Manager preferred).
- Exposure to recruitment operations and ability to run a structured hiring process end-to-end.
- Experience managing or coaching junior team members (or strong evidence you can).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to push for decisions and follow-through.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Thai fluency required; English working proficiency is a must.
