Job Description
Dr.Master, a partner company of BioActive+, is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor – Payroll & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional with strong experience in Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Operations, along with a solid understanding of Thai labor laws and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Handle salary, OT, allowances, incentives, commissions, deductions, and other payroll components.
- Manage attendance, leave, OT, and employee data for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law, Social Security, withholding tax, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting on payroll and employee-related matters.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job platforms, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the hiring process.
- Prepare job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely recruitment against agreed hiring timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports, including hiring status, time-to-fill, and recruitment costs.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Manage and maintain employee information and HR transactions through Empeo HRIS.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HRIS for HR Operations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR system.
- Generate HR and payroll reports through the HRIS.
- Provide support and basic system guidance to employees and managers.
Other HR Responsibilities
- Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
- Supervise and support HR team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
- Take on other HR-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, with strong hands-on experience in Payroll and Recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, payroll tax, and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong hands-on payroll experience and attention to detail.
- Experience in HRIS implementation, system setup, or process improvement will be an advantage. Experience with Empeo HRIS is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel and HR data analysis skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
