Position: Investments (M&A)

Level: Department Manager

Location: Bangkok, SM Tower Building

Responsibilities

1. Conduct analyses for and support the execution of selected strategic projects, including business performance improvement, growth strategies, acquisitions in new markets, etc
2. Conduct extensive analysis on potential investments, including in-depth financial modeling.
3. Manage the due diligence process, including overseeing commercial, accounting, tax, and legal diligence advisors.
4. Assist with the development, monitoring and reporting of operational initiatives of portfolio assets.
5. Draft and present oral and written materials to management.
6. Provide analytical support and research to assess performance of the OpCos versus agreed strategy.
7. Provide Executive support to facilitate efficient decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of professional experience within corporate finance - mandatory experience within investment banking, private equity or in-house M&A roles
• Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis.
• Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, and a solid grasp of financial concepts.
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Strong English language skills mandatory
