About the Role: The incumbent will report to National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales target. Own the profit & loss and deliver key business objectives with
- accountable customers.
- Effectively develop, implement the structured JBP, get customer alignment and
- together regular tracking to ensure mutual objective is successfully achieved.
- Drive assortment/distribution expansion and implement best in class in-store
- execution through strong working collaboration with Promoter team
- Strengthen business relationship with the customers to gain disproportionate
- support to drive business growth
- Negotiate annual contracts with the customers to achieve profitable growth for
- Group & customers – with the support from National sales manager
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the
- assigned channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field, Master degree is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account Management in Electrical or FMCG industry
- Good English literacy
- Key Account Management skill i.e. understands and knows how to deliver customer KPIs in each function
- Selling and Negotiation
- Able to solve the problem effectively with critical thinking skill
- Gain supportive collaboration both internal and external
- Good strategic thinking
