Job Description

Company Introduction:

LONGi is a global leader in the solar technology industry, dedicated to driving the world's transition to sustainable energy. With a strong focus on innovation, reliability, and customer-centric solutions, we deliver high-efficiency solar products and integrated energy systems across more than 150 countries. Our mission is to harness the power of sunlight to create a green, low-carbon future for all. Join us to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that empowers clean energy adoption worldwide.

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for driving LONGi's business in Thailand, covering utility segments mainly. The successful candidate will act as a technical-sales specialist, developing project pipelines, managing key stakeholders, and delivering integrated storage solutions that complement LONGi's solar franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Drive LONGi's high-efficiency PV modules and PV+storage solutions sales in Thailand, focusing on utility-scale developers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), large C&I end-users, and government energy projects.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, identify project needs, and secure long-term strategic framework agreements and bulk purchase orders.
  • Lead end-to-end key account sales cycle: lead generation, client visits, technical/commercial clarification, tender negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal solution, technical support, and delivery teams to provide customized module selection, value-based economic modeling, and after-sales project assurance.
  • Monitor Thailand's PV and storage policies (FiT, self-consumption, carbon credits), competitor activities, and market dynamics; deliver strategic insights and account-specific recommendations.
  • Achieve annual sales targets (contract value, shipment volume, collection rate); maintain an updated project pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of key account sales experience in PV, renewable energy, or power equipment, with at least 2 years in the Thai local market.
  • Established network with key energy players in Thailand (developers, EPCs, large end-users); familiar with local government power authorities and tender processes.
  • Solid understanding of PV module technical parameters and system economics (LCOE, IRR); able to independently conduct basic technical/commercial communication and value presentations.
  • Excellent negotiation, project-driven sales skills, cross-cultural interpersonal influence, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Fluent Thai (native or business negotiation level) and English working proficiency. Chinese is a plus.
  • Valid Thai driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites and upcountry.
