Legal Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts both in Thai and English to ensure that terms and conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, and properly protect the company's interest;
• Prepare and provide legal documents such as contracts, POA, NDA, MOU and other documents relating to company's business;
• Provide legal advice to and coordinate with related stakeholders of the company to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Provide legal trainings for related parties of the company on existing and upcoming laws and regulations;
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects; and
• Liaise with government authorities and other third parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal field;
• Experience in drafting international and local commercial contracts;
• Strong understanding of fintech business and experience in fintech business would be an asset;
• Data privacy experience would be highly regarded;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude, fast learner with a strong sense of ethics and accountability;
• Ability to provide proactive, creative legal solutions with a business-oriented mind;
• Meticulous attention to details in the legal reviews of contracts and other legal documents;
• Ability to work under pressure, do multiple tasks and complete assignments in due course;
• Ability to learn and educate stakeholders of new areas of law requirements to support the dynamic and fast-changing business requirements;
• A team player who can develop strong working relationships with colleagues;
• Good command of English and computer literacy; and
• Mature and be able to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
