Job Purposes
Key Roles and Responsibilities
-Draft & review contract for Plaza Complex & Community Mall : Lease, Service and Utility Service agreement, Concession Agreement, Area Service Agreement, Event Area Service, Signage Area Agreement, Installation & Property Placement, Stock Area, Warehouse Area for Business Units and Chirathivat Family
-Legal Advice, Consultation on Property Matters
-Request Notice & Replied Notice
-Researching Property Laws, Regulation and Other Related Information of Property including Review and Monitor New and Updated Laws and Regulations
-Contract Record Control via the Share Points System
-Prepare Presentation, Report and Legal Documents Both Thai & English versions
-Support to Litigation case & claim matters
-Negotiate Legal Issues related with Business of BUs
-Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Male-Female 24-34 years old
- Bachelor /Master s Degree in Laws
- Over 3 years experience in real estate, properties registration, Shopping Plaza Mall, Retails Contracts and related agreements
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Thorough Knowledge of Local, State and Federal Laws and Regulations
- Relevant computer & Power Point Program Knowledge and Experience
- Research Skills, Analytical Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Planning and Organizing Information Monitoring
- Strong Communication Skills, Stress Tolerance, Attention to Detail and Accuracy, Good Information Collection, Management, Decision-Making, Initiative and Team Work
