Responsibilities
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree In
Technical Certifications / Experience
- Manage the day-to-day operations for a lifting/rigging equipment company
- Drive sales growth and ensure they are meeting revenue and customer service goals
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to meet customer demand
- Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
- Hire, train, and supervise branch staffs including technicians, drivers, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and market share
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Enhance team safety culture and maintain company quality standards.
- Base Location in Sathahip.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree In
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Related technical discipline
- Advanced safety certifications preferred
Technical Certifications / Experience
- Experience in inspection/certification / QA/QC in oil and gas and industrial segments at min 5 yrs
- Experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred
- Knowledge in Lifting/crane operation
- Familiar in oil and gas (onshore and offshore)
- Understanding in Quality Management System
- Strong physical fitness
- Adaptability to technological changes
- Leadership
- High-stress environment management
