Define and standardize testing procedures and acceptance criteria

Improve capability and capacity on testing laboratorys
Execute and follow the relevant compliance regarding the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 17025 to ensure our testing meet worldwide standard
Prepare highlight Inspection quality result & Quality issue to C&SQ and Key stakeholder team for support risk assessment , Red flag and Lesson learned, During E2E brand process Gate.
Gathering feedback from pre-production & plant quality for continous improvement
Consumer Centricity
Ensure testing method and testing criteria to detect failure mode from consumer
Coordinate with concerned team to clear communication on testing result and criteria to support RMA/RCI activities
Financial Results
Ensure lab testing costs in line with budgets
Inspirational Leadership
Support direct reports in developing knowledge, skills, and abilities in the interest of performance improvement and employee's career development.
Qualification
5+ years of experience in in material and consumer product testing
Major role and responsibility for product quality validation and lab service
Manufacturing, testing laboratory environment and management level in jewellery industry are preferred
