Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and financial modeling to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define business goals and prioritize strategic initiatives.

Project Planning & Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-national projects in Thailand, Malaysia, and China, with a focus on land development and automation.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and guide the Business Analyst and Data teams.
  • Ensure team deliverables align with corporate strategy and executive priorities.
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance, and results-driven culture.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives successfully.
  • Track performance and adjust initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Partner with Finance and relevant departments to align financial performance with corporate objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on resource allocation, cost efficiency, and profitability improvement.

Executive Support to SVP:

  • Manage the SVP's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and performance updates to senior management.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting, including at least 3 years in project management (retail industry experience preferred).
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams of analysts or strategists.
  • Native Thai with strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
  • Strong project management expertise, including resource planning and risk management.
  • Strategic mindset with solid understanding of the retail business environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, data modeling, and strategic planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software).
