Manager, Project Feasibility Study - Team 1

Job Purposes

Responsible for managing and implementing policy and direction development for business development, including Identifying potential business development opportunities, along with design and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability, in order to support the operations effectively, aligning with organization's goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage overall business development, including Identifying and evaluating business opportunities in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals to support the operations of the organization
• Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of business development to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities and develop relationships with customers
• Coordinate with related functions to support organization's growth and business plan
• Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
• Control making summary reports of overall business development to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
• Have great knowledge in business development
• Have good computer skills
• Have communication skills, both Thai and English
• Be analytical thinker and business savvy
• Have interpersonal skills
