Country Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the Thailand country strategy, aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Drive profitable revenue growth, market share expansion, and portfolio optimisation across priority segments.
- Lead strategic initiatives including transformation, channel development, operational improvement, and adjacencies.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer solutions.
Financial & Operational Accountability
- Full accountability for distribution P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial discipline.
- Deliver margin, EBIT, cash flow, and working capital targets.
- Partner closely with commercial, service, project, supply chain, and operational teams to drive productivity and execution excellence.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
Market, Customer & External Leadership
- Strengthen and protect the company's market leadership position in Thailand.
- Build senior‑level relationships with key customers, developers, contractors, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Champion a customer‑centric mindset, ensuring service excellence, reliability, and long‑term partnerships.
- Represent the business externally in industry forums and leadership engagements.
People, Organisation & Culture
- Build and lead a high‑performing leadership team, with clear accountability and succession depth.
- Drive talent development, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness in line with future growth ambitions.
- Role‑model values‑led leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Lead organisational design and capability upgrades aligned to strategic priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience within industrial machinery/equipment, automation, HVAC, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in General Management or country‑level P&L leadership.
- Demonstrated success delivering profitable growth and transformation in complex, multi‑line businesses.
- Strong experience operating within Thailand and/or Southeast Asia, with deep understanding of local market dynamics.
- Commercially astute with strong financial discipline.
- Inspirational people leader with the ability to build strong leadership benches.
- Influential operator within matrixed, regional and global structures.
- Culturally agile, with the ability to navigate local nuance while operating to global standards.
- Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory.
