The Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Market Channel Partnership Manager to drive our expansion in Thailand. This strategic role will lead the development and management of partnerships with top-tier education agencies and leading higher education institutions.

Your mission is to position uhomes.com as the preferred accommodation partner within Thailand's study-abroad ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a high-value partnership strategy for Thailand
  • Manage key relationships with major agencies (e.g. IDP Education) and university international offices
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across the market
  • Represent uhomes.com at industry events, webinars, and forums
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the referral: booking journey
  • Use market insights and data to shape strategy and product direction

Experiences & Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Study Abroad / Higher Education / Student Services
  • A strong, ready-to-activate network in Thailand (agencies + universities)
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and close partnerships
  • Experience working across teams in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Fluent in Thai & English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel regularly
