Caldic is looking for an experienced Market Unit Manager – Beverages & Dairy to lead our commercial team and accelerate the growth of our Food & Nutrition business in Thailand.

This is not a role where you lead from the sidelines.

You'll be a player-coach — leading and developing a team of four sales professionals while staying close to the market, personally managing strategic customers and building strong partnerships with key principals and suppliers.

What you'll own:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Personally manage selected strategic and key customers.
• Build strong partnerships with principals and suppliers and turn portfolio opportunities into growth.
• Develop a healthy pipeline and drive performance across sales, margin and profitability.
• Identify emerging customer needs, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Bring together commercial, technical, marketing and supply chain capabilities to deliver differentiated customer solutions.
• Drive disciplined forecasting, execution and performance management.

What you'll bring:

• We're looking for someone with relevant Specialty Food & Nutrition distribution experience, within Beverages and Dairy, who combines strong commercial instincts with the ability to lead people and build relationships.
• You'll bring a proven track record in sales growth, business development and strategic account management, together with:
• Experience leading, coaching or developing commercial teams
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin and profitability
• Strong knowledge of the Beverages & Dairy market, applications and ingredients
• The ability to build trusted relationships with customers, principals and suppliers
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action
