Role and Responsibilities:
1. Events & Roadshows Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, customer roadshows, and corporate events to showcase Essentra Components products.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Evaluate event performance and ROI, gathering leads and customer feedback for post-event analysis.
2. Online Marketing
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing (EDM), and the company website to drive traffic and engagement.
- Create and oversee content for online platforms to ensure brand consistency and audience growth.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve reach and lead generation.
3. Traditional Marketing & Collateral
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of offline marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, and merchandise.
- Support sales teams with necessary marketing tools and printed materials for client meetings.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for printing and advertising needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of working experience in a marketing role.
- Regional Experience: Experience working within the Southeast Asia (SEA) market is a strong plus.
- Core Skills: Proven experience in organizing events/roadshows and managing both online and offline marketing activities.
- Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Language: Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken).
