Key Responsibilities:
1. KOL Planning & Execution (50%)
* Responsible for planning and executing KOL collaborations in the Thai market, including but not limited to KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, brief creation, and follow-up.
* Analyze and review the performance of KOL content, assess and report on the outcomes of KOL partnerships to ensure maximum effectiveness.
2. Social Media Management (20%)
* Manage the Thai UGREEN social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), responsible for daily content publishing, community engagement, and account optimization.
* Coordinate content creation to ensure social media content aligns with brand strategy, increasing the brand's social media influence in Thailand.
3. Assist PR Execution (10%)
* Assist the central PR team and the APAC IMC team in supporting and executing local PR activities in Thailand, ensuring the smooth implementation of PR projects in the local market.
* Provide local market insights and support to ensure PR activities are aligned with cultural and market demands in Thailand.
4. Offline Event Execution (10%)
* Support and execute local offline events in Thailand in collaboration with the IMC manager.
* Responsible for event planning, on-site execution, and post-event reviews to ensure the event meets the expected goals and outcomes.
5. Collaboration with Agencies (10%)
* Maintain a good working relationship with Thai agencies to ensure smooth execution of various activities.
* Collaborate with the IMC manager to drive agency performance, ensuring tasks are carried out and monitoring progress for subsequent work.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields in the Thai market, with KOL and social media management experience preferred.
* Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Thai, able to communicate seamlessly with local teams and partners.
* Familiarity with Thai social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X) and local market environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various teams and partners.
* Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
* Fluent in English as a working language, capable of effective communication with international teams.
