Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team with a focus on social media strategies and to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos, live sessions).
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO/SEM and tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and track expenses for the marketing budget to provide updates to the management team and to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing agency or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-function Digital Marketing, including content marketing, social media management, SEO, performance marketing, online brand communication is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in leadership, team-player, detail-oriented and organizational skills.
  • Excellent in Thai and English communication (Chinese speaking is preferable).
