Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team with a focus on social media strategies and to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos, live sessions).
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO/SEM and tailored to target audiences.
Manage and track expenses for the marketing budget to provide updates to the management team and to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing agency or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of full-function Digital Marketing, including content marketing, social media management, SEO, performance marketing, online brand communication is highly preferred.
Excellent in leadership, team-player, detail-oriented and organizational skills.
Excellent in Thai and English communication (Chinese speaking is preferable).
