Product Validation & Testing

• Perform mechanical and material testing to evaluate product performance, durability, and reliability.
• Analyze test results and prepare accurate technical reports to support engineering and quality decisions.
• Support investigation activities and provide technical insights into product performance issues.
  
  

Laboratory Excellence

• Manage test samples from receipt through storage, documentation, and disposal while ensuring full traceability.
• Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor laboratory conditions and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
  
  

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in developing and validating new testing methods.
• Contribute to laboratory digitalization, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support projects that improve testing efficiency, data quality, and laboratory capability.
