KPI Control: Manage 3SOC, 6RC, SOC4 (growth 2025), New NERC Yasothorn
Ops Dashboard: Check-in, gap analysis, alignment with SOC/RC Leads & Cross Mile
Expansion: Follow up MM Ops for new hubs/RCs
Improvement: Drive SOC/RC initiatives, SLA improvement, project execution
Data & Insights: Rec Ops data investigation & weekly [SPX Ops x Opx] MM meeting updates
BI/Product: Collaborate for system enhancement & new feature implementation
Quality Control: Loss dispute follow-up, recovery coordination, SLA monitoring
Loss Analysis: Track SOC/RC loss, TP loss with LH, % loss, stuck/lost trends
Process Control: Miss-sort resolution, AWB sort code update requests
Training: Lead rollout & training on new product features

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus
Experience in team management.
Experienced of Ecommerce SLA
Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause
Strong Leadership as KPI controller
Strong Communication and follow up skill
Work under pressure, short timeline
