We are working with an established financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of industry experience, currently looking to hire a Product Owner to join its growing team in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client acquisition, retention, and the overall trading experience.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Conduct competitor, market, and industry analysis across the Forex, CFD, and FinTech sectors.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, design, QA, and third-party technology teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and product reviews.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive improvements across client-facing and internal operational platforms.
• Enhance Client Portal, CRM, and Trader Area functionality.
• Optimise payment, withdrawal, KYC, and client onboarding processes.
• Support the development and improvement of IB and Affiliate portals.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI-powered features and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external technology providers and platform vendors.
• Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyse customer feedback, user behaviour, and operational data.
• Recommend product enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Previous experience in Forex, CFD, Brokerage, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and managing product roadmaps.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, KYC procedures, and onboarding workflows.
• Understanding of deposit and withdrawal processes within financial services.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
• Experience with Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation tools, and process optimisation.
• Experience managing customer-facing portals and mobile applications.
