Role Description

• Product Knowledge & Sales Training: Developing Product Knowledge and Sales Skills for the Sales Team
• Product Demonstration & Solution Presentation Skills: Developing Skills in Product Demonstration and Solution Presentation
• Technical Support & Sales Process: Developing Technical Support Skills Throughout the Sales Process
• Tender & Bidding Support: Providing Support for Tender Documentation, Bidding, and Procurement Processes
• Product Delivery & Implementation Support: Providing Support for Product Delivery, Installation, and Implementation Processes
• Product Lifecycle Management: Managing and Supporting Products Throughout Their Entire Lifecycle
• Voice of Customer & Market Feedback: Collecting Customer Insights and Market Feedback to Support Product Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering and Public Health.
• Interest in medical and nursing education technology, with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in software; familiarity with simulation-based learning platforms is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of Product Specialist experience.
• Fluent in Thai and English language.
• Owns a personal vehicle.
• Holds a valid driving license.
