Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve engine assembly production processes, conveyor systems, machines, and production equipment to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
• Plan and implement short-term and mid-term production line improvement projects.
• Develop and improve engine assembly methods and working processes to support mass production efficiency and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to production line or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with related departments to support production targets, new model preparation, and process improvement activities.
• Monitor production performance and propose continuous improvement actions for cost, quality, and efficiency optimization.
• Prepare project cost estimations, investment proposals, and expense control related to production improvement activities.
• Support engineering activities and technical problem-solving within the engine assembly department.
• Prepare, summarize, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and key project records
• Provide regular and structured project status updates to relevant departments and management teams to support decision-making.
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mitigation and resolution plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, automation, or assembly process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of production systems, industrial machines, conveyor systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of PLC, automation systems, or production control systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English is preferred.
