Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Data Center cooling projects from planning, execution, installation and commissioning through final handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and key project milestones.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams throughout project execution.
Oversee HVAC and Data Center cooling systems, including Chillers, Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) and Liquid Cooling solutions.
Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQ/BOM, method statements and project submittals.
Monitor site installation, testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Lead project meetings, site inspections and regular progress reporting.
Identify project risks, technical issues and schedule impacts, and drive corrective actions.
Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery.
Coordinate project handover, documentation and transition to the After-Sales/Service team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in HVAC, Data Center, M&E or Project Management/Project Engineering.
Experience in Data Center Cooling, Chillers, Precision Air Conditioning, Chilled Water Systems and/or Liquid Cooling is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing project schedules, contractors, vendors and site activities.
Experience in installation, testing & commissioning and project handover.
Able to read and review engineering drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
Strong project management, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
Able to work effectively with customers, consultants, contractors and cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
Good command of English.
