Job Title: Project Manager (2-Year Contract) – Security Systems / CCTV
Location: Client's site in Bangkok
Job Overview:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the deployment and execution of security system integration projects at our client's site. This role will focus primarily on CCTV and electronic security systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. The position is offered on a 2-year contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for CCTV and security system integration projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV and security systems
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Control project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Provide on-site supervision and support during critical project phases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within security systems or CCTV integration
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, access control, and integrated security solutions
- Proven experience managing site-based projects and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
