Project Manager

Mubea Somboon Automotive (MSA) is looking for an experienced Project Management Manager to join our Engineering & Project Management team in Rayong.

This position will lead automotive customer projects from development through industrialization, ensuring successful delivery in terms of timing, budget, quality, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automotive projects according to customer requirements and MSA internal standards
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and action plans
• Define project teams, responsibilities, and lead cross-functional project activities
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Purchasing
• Lead project kick-off and regular project meetings
• Follow up open issues, assess risks, and drive effective problem-solving
• Ensure timely preparation of project documentation, including PPAP and Quality Gate Reviews
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other Mubea locations for local and global projects
• Support technical presentations, product innovation, new business acquisition, ECR and VAVE activities
• Support successful product development and industrialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Material, Metallurgical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry and engineering
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and English skills
• Good understanding of automotive project development and customer requirements
• SAP and computer literacy
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with customers and international colleagues
