As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to strengthen our procurement organization and support sustainable business growth.

Your Mission

Lead the procurement function by developing strategic sourcing initiatives, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring the right quality, cost, and delivery performance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Develop sourcing strategies, identify and evaluate new suppliers, and ensure the procurement of quality materials and services at competitive costs.

2. Cost Analysis & Budget Management

Analyze cost structures, prepare procurement budgets, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven decision making.

3. Supplier Development & Relationship Management

Build long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers, expand the Approved Supplier List (ASL), and continuously improve supplier performance.

4. Supplier Performance & Risk Management

Monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, lead time, and commercial performance while minimizing supply risks and ensuring business continuity.

5. Procurement Process & Compliance

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, procurement procedures, contract requirements, and internal control standards.

6. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis

Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, supplier capabilities, and purchasing data to support strategic sourcing decisions.

7. People Management & Development

Build and develop a high-performing purchasing team through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and continuous learning.

8. Executive Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze purchasing performance, and provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a procurement leader who can optimize purchasing performance, develop strategic supplier partnerships, and drive sustainable cost competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, including management experience.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing procurement, preferably within plastics or related industries.
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, data analysis, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proven leadership with the ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
