Quality Assurance Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Learn and contribute to building mobile automated test scripts (Android/iOS) using tools such as Appium or Flutter
• Support the QA team in converting manual test cases into automated scripts
• Execute, maintain, and monitor automated regression and smoke tests for mobile applications
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Developer, and stakeholders to ensure product strategy is aligned
• Assist in analyzing test results and reporting bugs clearly with detailed reproduction steps
• Continuously improve testing practices by learning new frameworks and tools under guidance from team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in QA Automation, with hands-on mobile automation testing (Appium, Flutter, or equivalent)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of mobile applications (Android / iOS)
• Ability to write and debug test scripts in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python)
• Experience with software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration,exploratory)
• Familiar with version control systems (Git) and Agile development process
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient communication in English

It's great if you have...

• Experience with API testing
• Working with emulators/simulators
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Jira, or similar)
• A passion for automation and improving developer/tester workflows
