Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bangkok. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews, supporting offer and onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating closely with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs, updating recruitment reports and metrics, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract qualified talent in the furniture and interior solutions industry.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple open roles and deadlines.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Understanding of labor laws and basic HR practices relevant to hiring and onboarding.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangkok and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, retail, or furniture/interior design sectors is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken, is beneficial for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
