Regional Business Development Manager

• Drive regional business development initiatives to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
• Identify and develop new regional and multinational customers across key markets and industries
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow business and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Lead regional RFQs, tenders, and cross-country sales opportunities
• Work closely with Country Heads, Territory Sales Managers, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support regional opportunities
• Manage the regional sales pipeline, CRM updates, sales forecasts, and performance tracking
• Coordinate pricing, commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements across countries
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, margin, and credit policies
• Support smooth onboarding and service delivery for regional accounts across South Asia
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Deg in Business/Sales & Marketing or any related field
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing regional or multinational accounts is preferred
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
• Salary: Up to $13,000
