Regional Sales Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive market expansion and customer acquisition across Southeast Asia. This role combines business development, key account management, technical consultation, quotation management, and project coordination, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence across Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturing customers.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Support sales forecasting, business planning, and customer account management.

Requirements

• Chinese native speaker with Fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in automotive OEM, automotive components, EV, Tier 1 suppliers, or related industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Strong experience in:

• Understanding of automotive industry trends, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
• Regional sales experience across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
