Job Description

Our client offers a suite of proprietary ad tech solutions, including a powerful in-house platform and exclusive partnerships with leading tech companies, to deliver innovative and effective advertising campaigns.

For this Sales Director position:

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our client, a leading company in Thailand. This executive position requires you to align sales, marketing, and campaign strategies to maximize revenue.

You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, setting revenue targets, and overseeing forecasting, analytics, and account growth and retention. Your expertise in digital marketing and strong connections with agencies and brand clients in Thailand and the SEA region will be crucial to your success.

With a history of selling ad tech and media products to global advertising agencies or brand clients, you will lead account and sales teams to win accounts and drive business growth

Job description:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to maximize company revenue
  • Set and manage revenue targets to align with company objectives
  • Oversee forecasting, analytics, and account growth and retention efforts
  • Lead account and sales teams to secure new business and maintain existing accounts
  • Conduct presentations and business meetings in professional-level English

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
  • At least 8 years experience in global ad agencies in management level
  • Proven track record of selling ad tech and media products to global advertising agencies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and account management
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in Thailand and the SEA region
  • Business-level proficiency in English
