Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for a Sales Director at SILQ Hotel & Residence. The Sales Director will oversee all sales activities, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, building new partnerships, expanding market share, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to reinforce the hotel's reputation for luxury and quality.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management, including overseeing a sales team and leading them towards achieving targets
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client relationships and experiences
  • Proficiency in managing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on results
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
