Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise customers on products or technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze customers&apos technical problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical documents, and agreement paperwork for customers.
• Coordinate with the engineering team, after-sales service team, and other relevant departments.
• Participate in sales planning and achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Visit customers to build relationships and expand the customer base.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers as necessary.
• Follow up on sales and provide after-sales service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop new customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineer related background.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or documentation work.
• Good command of English skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
